Nick was amazing!! He fixed the loud vibration coming from our AC unit and checked to make sure all other components were in good working order. He was very friendly and professional and didn't try to sell us anything unnecessary. I am extremely pleased with Sean and DeHart.
Within a 24 hour period of calling for an appointment, Oscar arrived, evaluated the problem and fixed the issue. Though I had already pulled out my water heater warranty, he was already aware of the warranty coverage and informed me there was no charge. I think this speaks of the professionalism of the folks that work at DeHart and the great communication between the service personnel and front office staff. Thank you -
