Excellent service. All 3 men were very courteous and answered any questions I asked. Kept me updated on progress and cleaned up great when completed.
We had a plumbing emergency when we arrived home Sunday after a 5 day trip and found our downstairs ceiling dripping water onto the floor. A quick internet search showed DeHart was available 24/7 so I made the call while my husband turned off the water to the house. They weren't able to send anyone until the next afternoon, but we made do until then with a few gallons of water from the store.
Certain we had a broken pipe, it was a relief when Sam diagnosed the problem as an unusual toilet leak. Sam also recommended a local drywall company to contact regarding the water damaged ceiling. All in all, Sam and his assistant made a difficult situation better with their good attitudes and expertise.
He did a good job explaining all that options to fix my problem. Was professional in every way. The costs to fix my problem was high but assuredly the quality overall should make up for it.
Lauren was EXCELLENT !!! He cleared the drain so fast and explained why there was gurgling in the sink next to it !!! He cleaned up the area so nicely !!! I signed up for THE LOVE CLUB (great discounts and they will send reminders for services that should be done !!!) ... couldn't be happier !!! THANK YOU LAUREN & DEHART !!!!
Stephen, Jacob and Justin spent 4 days at my property repairing a complete root intrusion, main sewer line break in two spots and a bad contractor plumbing hack. They were professional, courteous, respectful and carefully cleaned up after themselves. I was super stressed out with all of the options presented but they did a phenomenal job explaining the best solution for my needs. I would recommend DeHart Plumbing for all of your future needs.
This company is great, they got me in quickly and helped fix my problem. From the person answering the phone to the technician they were courteous and explained everything.
